OTK is also under investigations by MACC of the RM 10Million issue and the abuse of power (another type of corruption) by hiring private planes belong to the company involved in PKFZ (another issue cropped out: Conflict of interest!), some MCA members had launched report to the Disciplinary Board of MCA. Why isn't he being suspended from the duty as minister and president?
Please I am not siding Tiong, but I think the whole situation needs to be studied carefully and finically, not just to listen to the 'shoutings' and allegations of some one who himself has caused lots of suspicious speculations!
he should be freeze as transport minister if there are concrete evidence shows that he somehow involve, till the end of the investigation. if he is guilty he should be expelled from the position.
but whether when he should be suspended, from the beginning of the investigation? will be depends on how much evidence shows that it might be a valid investigation other than some invalid accused.
in this case i guess the plane story will not be enough to trigger a freeze, but if tiong can release more info and evidence, then it will be time to remove ong from duty.
in that case chua soi lek should be expel long ago from the party, not till now. do u agree with that ?

well, ya the freeze will surely affect the subcontractor and others, but its a pain that we need to undergo. it does not mean that in order to consider on those subcontractor then we will need to waste the tax payer on a black hole (if it is).

对一个做生意的人来说，这并不是件好事呀！想想那班sub sub contractor(on going project),他们怎么claim 钱呢？
