agree with most of the parts you mentioned in the Flow Chart, except the 4th conclusion. I think you may not be aware that Public Sector is tied down by GO, and so are all the cabinet members! Ong can't have private loan without making declaration of increase in properties (cash money is also a type of properties and must be declared with the bank's account no., so Tiong is right in asking MACC to probe in!).

All government agencies need more chinese, I agree with Fong, apply to work in MACC now, kick out those who are not performing!
